Terms of Service

1. Your privacy is respected. Any information we collect from you will be used only by this site and will not be sold or given to any other people or business. Materials you send for editing will be handled with strict confidentiality, and payment information will be kept secure.

2. Prices listed on this site are based per word. Once the document or service has been properly assessed, specific quotes will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

3. As a client, you have the right to refuse the estimate and receive back your unedited material or demand that your document be deleted from Dr. Doc’s computer.

4. Turnaround time begins when Dr. Doc receives the signed translation contract.

5. You may pay with credit card or personal cheque. All costs are in CDN dollars.

6. Dr. Doc has a 30 day payment policy which means that all invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date or interest will apply.

7. Dr. Doc will not be held responsible for the content of the document translated. The views, opinions and content are the unique and sole responsibility of its creator and do not reflect in any form or way the policies or philosophy of Dr. Doc. Dr. Doc reserves the right to refuse translation of documents or content not deemed appropriate, including but not limited to subject matter promoting hatred, violence or immorality.

8. Dr. Doc is committed to providing exceptional editorial services at affordable prices. If the client deems that certain corrections need to be made, these corrections will be made at a $25 per hour fee.
